Chris Avery is a master physical trainer and nutritional counselor, offering services primarily in the New York City and surrounding areas. He is also the successful founder of City Farms CSA through Aviary Family Farms, a cooperative food sourcing collective that provides nutritional support to local communities while advocating for African American farmers throughout the various regions in New York.
